Find out about our new streamlined process for our Cyber Essentials Gold package!

We’ve streamlined our Cyber Essentials Gold process by eliminating the use of spreadsheets and implementing the helper feature on the IASME portal.

This will ensure that your assessment remains consolidated in one location, eliminating the need for back-and-forth with spreadsheets.

To facilitate this transition, we ask that you add helper@indelibledata.co.uk as a helper on the IASME Cyber Essentials portal when initially logging in.

The steps on how to do this can be found here – Completing Cyber Essentials just got easier! – Indelible Data After updating your answers on the portal, please refrain from submitting, instead, send an email to the helper email address, notifying us that your assessment is ready for review.

Whilst reviewing your assessment, we will get in touch to organise the 1-hour support call with the assessor.

During the 1-hour support call, the helper feature will be utilised by our assessor to review updates. If additional information is required, you’ll be prompted to address it independently. Once the clarifications have been addressed, please inform us via the helper email address.

When ready to pass, we will contact you, prompting you to submit on the portal. As usual, the completion of the e-signature by a board level approver will be required, once the signature has been complete, we can then generate your certificate.

For Trusted Partners already using the helper feature for clients, you can inform us of changes via Trello in the normal way. If you don’t have access to a Trello board, please contact abbey.wright@indelibledata.co.uk for setup assistance.
